It would be useful to be able to predefined the different types of intervals within the interval block in the workout creator. Right now the only option is ON/OFF, either you ride or have a rest or create both as On intervals. Quite often I am having workouts with two or more intervals before the rest comes, like:
- Ride 18 min, 250 W @50 RPM
- Ride 2 min, 200 W @110 RPM
- Rest 5 min
My suggestion is to enable an option to add as many different intervals as desired and than define which one should be a rest interval. A good example of this can be found at Garmin Connect workout creator.
