I’d like to know if it’s possible after your workout is completed, to see which Zwifters wer with you and their score, in order to find for them in another exercise or similar.

Not that I know off. Not in group workouts.
You can click on your activity feed in the companion app and you can see who was riding with you.
I think it is easier in free rides or races, in free rides you sometimes ride with the same person for some time, you can start chatting and if you see them more often you can follow them.
In races you will notice that you see the same names week after week, thus they train at the same time as you and are on the same level.
