In a lot of the maps I have noticed that any women walking by are missing their feet and left arm. Why is that? Is it a bug or a feature?

It sounds like you’re talking about the NPC (non player character) graphics as opposed to other Zwift avatars, correct?
If so, I’ve not personally noticed any missing appendages from any of the character models in-game, so I wonder if the issue is unique to your specific device and setup.
Either way, I’d suggest that you take some screenshots as an example of what you’ve described and send them to Zwift tech support to report the issue.
