Do you recommend maybe just bike training? There are several plans on Zwift community: 2018 PRL100 Prep, 12wk Winter plan (advanced), Build Me Up, 10-12wk FTP Builder,… Which do you think I should take or maybe even combine 2 of them: first Prep 12wk and than BMU 10-12 Wk? Thank you
