Ok, up to 2 days ago my Zwift was working with both ANT+ and BLE. Something happened, Zwift would only recognize my Cyclops Hammer as a BL Device, and then would drop the connection. I tried upgrading my drivers, deleting my two .xml files to no avail.
However, when I logged on to my Zwift Companion Device, connecting my Hammer to it’s Bluetooth connection, Zwift recognized my ANT+ Connection as Saris. It appears to now be working.
For Technical Support, check how your Zwift is connecting to BLE, and blocking the ANT+ code. Probably deep in the Java, but it is there.
