Ive just joined zwift and in the market for a new tablet at the same time. My question is would the acer actab1024c 10.1” 32gb tablet be suitable for zwift? Ive checked online and it says its capable but wanted to know if anyone on here has any experience with using this model. Its one of the cheapest tablets so makes me slightly concerned it wouldnt be much good at running the game. My other option is a Samsung a11 plus. The Samsung is a much better product but over double the price. Any advise would be great. Thanks
I would avoid the super cheap Android tablets for Zwift. They’re not designed for gaming. It would be really slow, and the fact that almost nobody uses it is another bad sign. At least here in the US, I could buy a used iPad on eBay for the price of a Galaxy Tab A11 and that would run Zwift better.
I looked into laptops as a way of Zwifting but there weren’t many available that would do the job as well as my tablet. I just use my 9th gen iPad & I’ve never had a problem with it on Zwift. They’re pretty cheap these days as they’re getting on a bit now. I also recently bought a smart tv, 32in, that I mirror the iPad to. With my poor eyesight it’s a great addition.
