WiFi crash, file saved locally… does Zwift later accounts for it?

Hi, have been doing the TdZ Ultimate challenge (18 rides). During my last ride (yesterday) my internet went down but I didn’t realized it and just kept going. At the end of the ride, the app told me there was no internet connection and that the ride would be saved locally (to my tablet, which it did, I checked later). I did some research and found that I can email that file to myself (to upload to Strava, for example). I did email it to myself and to a default Zwift email address that was already typed in the email window when creating the
email. It’s been 2 days and the ride is still not showing in my Zwift acc, so the Challenge is still not shown as completed. I would think that once the wifi connection got restored, the file being in my tablet (and showing as a file in the app itself) would be automatically uploaded. But it has not. Will Zwift eventually acknowledge I completed that last ride? Wonder how long it normally takes if it does, because I only have the rest of this week to repeat that ride before I miss the chance to complete the Challenge. Thanks for any ideas or info!

If you’ve done another ride since the one that didn’t save properly and you still don’t see the missing ride show up in your feed, it probably never will. However if you write to support@zwift.com they can apply credit for it if the fit file shows that you completed the route.

I just completed a quick ride to see if lit would help pushing the other one from the local files and get it uploaded to my Zwift acc, but unfortunately it did not.
I just emailed suppor@zwift.com
Fingers crossed
Thank you for your help!
