Whilst riding , every 200 metres of riding, my rider temporily stops and distance travelled is reset to 0 kms

Hi All, Im new to Zwift Oz, and using the free trial however upgraded my Strava account to Premium user. .Well tonight I went on it records I have done 200 metres distance and my rider temporarily stops and distance resets to 0 . On bottom of screen, it states that I have under 1 kilometre left with my trial.

Has anyone experienced this problem?
