Which heart rate censor for zwift?

I’m new to Zwift.is it worth getting a heart rate censor? If yes which one is recommended.

I recommend the Polar on Amazon. Works great! Polar OH1+ Optical Heart Rate Sensor, Bluetooth/ANT+
