Where does 5,720 XP for a 21.6km ZRacing stage come from?

Raced Stage 3 of ZRacing DURA-ACE (Electric Break) yesterday and was awarded 5,720 XP for a 21.6 km race. I can only account for 732 of it and I’m curious where the rest comes from.

What I can explain:

  • Distance: 21.6 km × 20 XP/km = 432 XP
  • ZRacing stage-completion bonus: +300 XP (saw the notification in-game at the finish — this was my third stage, so +300 per the published taper)

What I’ve ruled out:

  • Route badge bonus — Electric Break was already badged, so no doubling
  • Level-up — I stayed within Level 66 (2,238 → 7,958 of 11,000)
  • Bike upgrade completion — my Dogma was already fully upgraded
  • Finish position — as far as I can tell placing doesn’t award XP (I won, but I understand that’s irrelevant)

That leaves roughly 5,000 XP unexplained. Is there a Zwift Racing umbrella bonus separate from the ZRacing stage award, a promo multiplier running this month, or something else I’m missing?

Looks like your calculation should be:

Distance: 420 XP [20 XP/km x 21 km = 420 XP (no XP are given for fractions of kms)]

ZRacing stage bonus: 300 XP

Indoor/Outdoor bonus: 5,000 XP
