Where can I see the Zone definitions ?

In the description of many training rides it tells me what zones we will be hitting.

 

What I don’t know is how hard each zone is ? Is it power  or HR ?

Zones are power numbers.

If you go to https://whatsonzwift.com/workouts/ you can insert your FTP and it will show you what power you need for each zone. This is approximately the zones.
