A nice hands in the air salute would be fun too. I could see it if you hit a new PR on the KOM, sprint or lap line marker.
Yes it would be great if there were some recognition or special emote for hitting a new PB, whether a new furthest distance, fastest lap KOM etc.
Or even a different one for each (with a small XP boost would be cool too)
