I’m preparing a trail for mid July (Ut4M challenge : 169km/11kD+ split in 4 days).
I’ve my plan for running ready with D+, D++ and a bit of D+ of course, but I’m thinking to use Zwift cycling a an equivalent to VMA running session. This should help to relax my articulation and change from running.
I’m thinking about 1 session per week.
Any idea of training I can follow in Zwift for this ?
