What tranings/traning plans for pre-seson

I’m new in Zwift, but my plan is to prep for 2020 season. Where should i start? any suggestions?
Do you guys just select a traning or hold to a Zwift workout plan?

I like to schedule my own workouts. I really like the 10wk FTP builder and also the 4wk FTP Booster.

So i would suggest do the 10wk and then do the 4wk take a week or two break and re do the 4 wk FTP booster.

But there a a lot of good workouts out there and there is no magic formula as long as you do something more than before you will improve.
