What do your Zones look like?

Really just a bit of fun, but curious what most folks see as typical breakouts for time spent across power zones during a race – something in the 20km distance range?

It really depends on the race. A ladder race on a v flat course can be mostly z2 before the last few km, a similar race on a bumpy one can be wild intervals between z1 and z6-7. A ZRL race with a few 50m plus climbs will have a chunk of time in zone 5 and a lot in z3.
