A new Terms of Service will become effective on January 31, 2025.
There is no description anywhere as to what wording has changed.
Does anybody have the old version to compare, or have a specific list of changes in the new TOS?
I checked a few paragraphs I was interested in and didn’t see any differences.
Mostly minor stuff; the section of arbitration however was… literally a complete rewrite, and massively expanded and clarified.
The addition of consent of push notifications was added.
And the complete removal of “we may allow third party integrations,” but don’t guarantee their success (this is… a very shortened version of what it was).
And some minor changing in wording in the Membership (7b) paragraph.
Nothing probably major to report for any average user, unless you find yourself as a lawyer, and like to read arbitration clauses.
