Hi, my chosen frame (Specialized Tarmac SL8), has no crank or pedals. In game, it appears that I pedal on air. Even in my garage, the picture of the frame & me on the bike, there is no crank or pedals visible….just a chain.

no bikes have pedals in game, but should have cranks at least.
When assets are missing on Apple TV (sometimes happens on other Apple mobile devices as well) you should try power-cycling the Apple TV and if that doesn’t help, remove the Zwift app and install it again. If that doesn’t go anywhere, contact support.
