Weight not syncing from Fitbit [October 2025]

For about a week now, my weight has not been getting synced from Fitbit automatically, although I can still force a sync by disconnecting and reconnecting my Fitbit account in the Zwift settings. Is anyone else having the same problem?

I am having the same issue, though it has been going on for more than a week. It might be picking up some piece of data from the past. As zwift seems to be setting the weight but always to the same wrong answer.

Is the Fitbit weight sync broken? It was all working fine but now seems to be stuck?

@Stephen_Mulrine after you manually disconnected / reconnected Fitbit as a third party platform, have your weight fluctuations been syncing correctly?

For the others - I’ll ask you also try disconnecting / reconnecting and report back if things work again, or if they seem to get stuck again? You have my permission to eat something delicious to bump your weight a little.. for science. :wink:

Disconnecting and reconnecting does not make it start working. I am also having the same issue with the withings service as well. It is hard to tell what is going on because in addition to not updating correctly, it doesn’t really get the correct weight when it does. It looks like there are a few conversions from imperial to metric and back and they don’t use the same multiplier/devisor. I think one uses 2.2 pounds per kilo and another uses 2.205. Right now something has changed my weight in zwift to 165.13 but my weight this morning was 166. Last Thursday I weighed 165.2 but I manually updated my weight on Tuesday before the ZRL race. It is like it is pulling the weight from the past. Maybe that is when I reconnected the last time.

I tried disconnecting and reconnecting twice. My weight was only synced when I reconnected and had to be updated manually after that.

Mine seems to work periodically, so not sure I can tell you if a disconnect/reconnect works straight away but happy to try it.
