I’m almost sure this has been suggested before but my search revealed too many results to sort through…
Any thoughts on breaking down the weekly goal into smaller 15 or maybe 30 minute increments?
I realise that some of the zwift heavy hitters that ride for hours and 100’s of KMs may scoff at this but for for new people like me a jump from 1 to 2 hours is a big undertaking
