Wattage works fine during free ride and also when automatically switching to event warm up, but when countdown hit zero it hold wattage from that point on during the event and wont change with or without pedaling. I have to exit zwift and relaunch?
This is a known bug. We have one workaround currently that seems to fix it most cases. Follow the steps below to resolve it next time:
- Stop moving.
- The menu button will show up in the bottom-left corner of the screen. Click it.
- Click the pairing button on the right-side of the menu.
- Unpair your trainer from both the Power and Controllable Trainer categories.
- Search for your trainer under both those categories again and pair them.
That should do it!
