How do you get a real response as to the claim against you. The reasoning listed doesnt match any terms of service and can actually name some events that would be better suited for a ban if this is the standard.
You’ll need to speak to Zwift support. Zwift won’t get involved on the forums with account issues like this.
Sadly I have and they just tell you you’ll get an email but when you respond to the email you get crickets.
