Hi. Unable to pair TICKR on Beta using a Samsung Note 9. Any help?
Sorry no solution here, just to add my P20 Pro is the same - it pairs with a Tickr but won’t show heart rate then forgets the pairing once you leave the screen.
There is a new beta release of Zwift for Android in the google play store (came out a few days ago). The team has been working hard to improve the bluetooth connections to external devices.
Check to make sure you have the latest updated version.
