I can’t get my Wahoo Kickr to pair and the app won’t go to Ride. I’m using blue tooth. Sometimes it works fine, but recently it hardly works at all
It’s a known bug since last update, they will be releasing a patch ASAP. Also affected is Kinetic Inride that I know of.
Having the same issue- it drops out every other minute. How do I open a support ticket or downgrade to the prior version?

A new patch has gone out to fix the mobile pairing issue. Can you please try again and let me know if it works or not?
