I just did my first Zwift ride using virtual shifting. NOT using Zwift cog. Trainer is Zwift Hub.My gear ratio was 50/17. The ride was also recorded using a Garmin EDGE 840. In all previous Zwift rides, the data from the Garmin roughly matched Zwift’s data for speed and distance. I’m pretty sure this is based on the flywheel speed. Today’s ride Garmin reported 54 miles. Zwift reported 38 miles. 38 miles is accurate. The was The Herd Sunday Endurance. I did the same ride last week (before virtual shifting) and for that ride Zwift and Garmin distance data agreed. Any settings I need to address?
You’re right it’s flywheel speeds. There are no settings that would affect it.
