You’ll need to give more detail. What processor?
Only certain ones are approved to get the feature.
Anyone know exactly what the minimum supported hardware is? I have two Apple Devices (MacBook and Mac Mini), and i don’t have the Video recording feature. Find it hard to believe that my devices are not supported. OS is the latest and greatest on both.
its more the type of processor each device has
Got the answer from Zwift support. Here is the official and disappointing response.

NO ETA!
I thought @evan-zwift said a few Intel cpus were enabled, but if yours isn’t it’s probably for a good reason.
I have the same MacBook Pro (2016) and yes, no video
Here’s the latest info that I know of
No video screenshot option showing on iPhone 14 Pro (A16 processor) or Apple TV 4K (A10x Fusion processor) with all software ( Zwift, Zwift companion and iOS/TVOS up to date. I understand the rollout was phased, but hasn’t it been more that a year since rollout started?
The 10X is the 1st gen 4K model and that doesn’t get video screenshots.
Not sure about video screenshots on iPhone but I’m guessing it doesn’t get that either.
Edit - looks like your iPhone should have it - have you got it turned on in Settings or is there no toggle for that?
I think that was my problem. I always use my Apple TV along with Zwift Companion, but Zwift companion is only mirroring the features supported by my Apple TV. Just tried running it through the Zwift app on my phone and video capture tab works. Thanks for pointing that out.
I hope 4k 1st gen is still part of the plan to roll out video capture as it is still part of the list of compatible devices. I understand it takes time to iron things out.
