[Urgent] Incorrect Shipping Address - Help Needed

Hi,

I really need some urgent help. I’ve just ordered the Zwift Ride bundle + some other goodies for a total of £1200. However, in filling out my billing address, something went weird on the Zwift store site and my billing address postcode has been put into my shipping address postcode too. This means that my shipping address is completely nonsensical.

This is really a big purchase for me, I’d never normally spend anything like this much money, and now I’m freaking out. Zwift support is only available over email, but I really need this rectified urgently - and email may be too slow by the time the item has shipped. There is no live chat available, no phone number, and Zwift does not let you cancel your order. I literally sent the email within 5 minutes of the order going through. I really don’t know what to do, and I’m freaking out a bit that I’m going to lose my money, not get the package, or at the least get charged the excessive £65 shipping cost. What can I do? Is there anyone here who can help or advise on how to fix this?
