The prioritization has also changed on Strava between Zwift and Garmin uploads … It used to be that as long as Zwift was uploaded first, then no duplicate occurred, but now:

If Zwift is uploaded first, the Garmin files still upload to Zwift and duplicate

If the Garmin is uploaded first, then the Zwift files will not upload to Strava until ALL of the Garmin files with ANY overlapping time stamps are deleted.
