Hi there, I spent the first month on a dumb trainer and now on a smart trainer with a FTP of 283. It was 380ish on dumb trainer so I’m getting UPG in every race now, is there anything I can do to change this please.
On ZwiftPower?
Make the request on the ZwiftPower forums and they can apply a trainer upgrade to reset your FTP.

You will have to contact Zwiftpower so that they can remove your old result. Find them on Facebook on on the Zwiftpower forum
