Yeah, this is not my favorite thing in the world, either. We are planning on setting up a proper forum but this is what we’ve got so far. Our resources are more limited than you might think (considering how small of a company we are), but we are definitely aware that ZenDesk’s forums are… less than ideal.
We’re working on it, though.
