I updated the app and now it doesn’t work right. It did not register the badges I earn, I leveled up and now the miles I earn don’t register on the new level. I earned the newsy hat for leveling up to 32 but I can’t access it. Any suggestions?
This sort of thing can often be due to you being logged in to Zwift on multiple devices at the same time. Check that this isn’t the case for you.
