Haven’t been able to update due to error code 114. The support site has been no help, chat isn’t working. Anyone else having this problem?

I can connect ok with ipad and elite smarter trainer but during the ride the connection keeps dropping so i lose power. big problem when i am going up hills. whats up?
I may delete the app and then reinstall
