I am in category C since my registration on zwift power. my performance has been declining for a while and it seems that for 90 days I have been closer to category D. However my category has not updated as expected. How to change it or make it change. What are the “Category applies from” and #Upg mixed category # options for in the profile settings?

You have a few races that are over cat D limits. Latest one is 5 days ago.
One of your highest numbers wat 20 January so that will stay till end of April.
