Unable to sign in

New to forum so sorry if raised before. I have been paying DD for many years but not used Zwift again until very recently. Login as usual but Zwift is now saying I have come to end of trial period.
I have checked and confirmed I have been paying £12.99 each month so unclear why I cannot sign in.
Racing tonight so any help appreciated.
