Yesterday I attempted to join the UK National Championship race. I selected the race when logging in at circa 10:20 on the app on my Mac. I spinner span for a good minute before I hit ride, and then as the race approach I wasn’t notified to move to the start of the race. At roughly 10:28 I gave up, exited the app, then re-started / logged in again. This time it said I had “joined” the race but again I wasn’t moved to the start of the race. Instead I had quit and restart and just follow the Volcano Mountain circuit, a couple of minutes after the official start.
I’ve not joined a race/event before so perhaps I didn’t join properly. I also don’t have much more diagnostic info than this but hope this limited info helps to show that there are still issues with joining races/events.
