Unable to download a ride - and it didn't auto-upload [July 2021] [SOLVED]

For those of you on iOS, Android, and AppleTV - please try this temporary workaround.

  1. Force close the Zwift app once at the login screen. Here’s how to force-close:

For iPhones - please see the Apple Support site, as there are slight differences among the different generations

For Android devices:
Find, open & close apps on Android - Android Help?

For Apple TV:

  1. After force-closing, restart the Zwift app and log in.
  2. Do this every time you log in to ensure that the previous session terminated fully.

Would you try that and let us know if this does / does not temporarily solve the issue? The proper fix for this is coming in a patch next week.
