For those of you on iOS, Android, and AppleTV - please try this temporary workaround.
- Force close the Zwift app once at the login screen. Here’s how to force-close:
For iPhones - please see the Apple Support site, as there are slight differences among the different generations
For Android devices:
Find, open & close apps on Android - Android Help?
For Apple TV:
- After force-closing, restart the Zwift app and log in.
- Do this every time you log in to ensure that the previous session terminated fully.
Would you try that and let us know if this does / does not temporarily solve the issue? The proper fix for this is coming in a patch next week.
