probably best off contacting support for account issues, long time issues with itunes accounts


Your best long term solution is to not pay via Apple if you can avoid it. Most renewal problems are reported by people subscribed via iTunes.

As others have noted - we don’t handle issues related to your money (i.e. subscriptions and Zwift Shop purchases) here on this public forum.
