Hi, Zwift should generate error messages when uploaded training sessions cannot be used, e.g. bike session set to heart rate. I had to spend hours to find out I made a mistake in selecting a 8020 training program which via trainingpeaks ended up in Zwift and not displaying. Also the Zwift advise community members were not aware of this incompatbility and I got the Zwift version of “reset your computer”, i.e. disconnect from TP and reconnect. In general, that something is in the documentation is not sufficient for the obvious reason that most wont read it or remember when the problem occurs. Certainly in the age of LLMs this should be easy to fix. It is also a bit silly that such a basic software UI issue should win a popularity contest first. Anyway, ride on behind the keyboard!
Zwifts current usage of AI\LLM to answer support queries is frankly appalling, lets not encourage them to make more use of it.
If you want to use your HR based training plan I believe Training Peaks Virtual will run HR based workouts and will obviously pull this direct from your TP plan.
