Two months of Zwift fails. Time to leave?

For two months now Zwift has failed to launch on my desktop PC, having worked with no problem previously for several years.

The launch screens hang and even mousing over the screen itself fails. I suspect this is part of the weird Windows 11/NVIDIA conflict (RTX 2080 Super on my system) but I have rolled back NVIDIA driver 2x now to different ones (most recently 32.0.15.9186) with no success. Rolling back Windows security updates seems like not a good idea.

I am still paying monthly for this but unless someone can guide me, I think it’s time to quit altogether. It’s been fun, but now it’s just frsutrating.

I’m running 32.0.15.6094 with an RTX 2060 on fully updated Windows 11 and have not experienced any issues. My PC was turned off for a couple months back when Microsoft shipped their broken updates and I don’t know if that’s a factor.

32.0.15.6094 is an Nvidia driver delivered by Microsoft. I have never downloaded a driver from Nvidia on this machine in its current configuration, since that would do nothing for Zwift.

If you’re stuck I recommend contacting support so they can review the logs.

I should also add that this machine is set up with a local account only, not logged in to Microsoft services, no OneDrive, no anti-virus software other than Defender, basically nothing installed other than Zwift and Firefox.
