Two ATV simultaneously?

DISCLAIMER-I am not technologically oriented, particularly with jargon.
My wife & I both have side by side, Kickr-Climb combinations and separate monitors. Hers, a re-furbished, 2019 version, mine, a 2024 re-furbished.
We both run ATV’s, 2018 & 2022 respectively, wear Wahoo HRM’s, and utilize our companion apps. I also have a Wahoo Headwind that I can only control manually, not via HR or speed.
All the versions & firmware are updated. The only electronic we share is a router, in an adjacent room.
Recently, we tried to participate in an event, at the same time. I went on first, when she hopped on several minutes later, my avatar stopped. I backed out, went back in, her avatar stopped. She backed out, went back in, my avatar stopped….We have rode together, numerous times, in this, and other recurring event before, albeit, a year or so ago, no issues. Only difference, I was on a 2019 KICKR then.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you!

It sounds like the pairing of devices is getting mixed up, that’s my guess.

Does this happen if you do a normal ride in Zwift at the same time?

Can make sure your Apple TV forgets her trainer device - then hopefully Zwift also won’t see it?

I’ve not used ATV for a long time so can’t remember how this is handled.
