tvOS can’t log back in

So I downloaded the new Zwift for Apple TV (public release, not beta). I was able to log in and pair everything initially with no problem. Once I closed the app and then tried to log back in it now constantly tells me “incorrect login information” when I choose the profile I just signed into. The only fix is to re-add a new profile…but the new profile also only works once. So I have to keep adding new profiles over and over. Is there any way to remove a primer or change the login info on an existing profile?
