When I try and do the welcome ride , as it’s loading Watopia it crashes and closes the app down
Any ideas as I need to know what all the symbols mean

What device are you running Zwift on? It’s not a laptop with a Snapdragon processor, is it?

I’m using iPad running ios17.7.10
Is it quite an old iPad? There’s a known crashing problem on 2GB iPads which is fixed in Zwift 1.100.

It says I’m running gave version 1.99.0
Ok, well that looks to be a 2GB model, and so there’s a good chance that your problem is fixed in 1.100.
Unfortunately there’s no way to speed up the roll-out (but do check the App Store). But if you don’t have the update available to you now, you should get it in the next couple of days.

Shuji at Zwift HQ here. I peeked at your server logs and see indications of crash, followed more recently by rides that appear to have completed normally ( a ~12 mile ride on Ocean Lava Cliffside Loop).
When you crashed - did you choose a route in Watopia, or was it one of the guest worlds? Do you recall? Some worlds are more memory-hungry than others, and low-RAM devices can run into issues.
