Forgive me if this is a stupid question, but what difficulty setting do I set my Tacx Blue Motion to??
In general - how do we know how difficault to set our classic turbo trainers for the most accurate measurement of power?
I’ve noticed that on turbo setting 5/10 with a HR of 90% and cadence of ~90, I push about 4w/kg. But on turbo setting 6/10 with a HR of 90% and a cadence of ~80 I get about 2.5w/kg.
I assumed that Zwift calculated my power based on speed over HR over cadence. But now, I have no idea…
Any input would be great, thank you!
