You’re going to have to DIY it as this and similar spin bikes don’t adhere to standard protocols.
There’s an app called “qdomyos” that might get you connected: qdomyos-zwift Guide - Roberto Viola
The author seems really engaged in updating it to support different bikes, rowers, ellipticals etc.
Your other option: rip the band-aid off, ditch the spin bike, pick up a smart trainer and put a bike on it.
