TTT Mode - Can't see anyone

I am scheduled to race in the 9:40 AM PDT TTT. I am currently in the pen but I don’t see anyone. All of my teammates are seeing the same. Is this supposed to happen?

I think it’s a system wide problem. Connection to the servers has been lost for more than 10 minutes now

Ah. How long is the system normally down for?

It took a while, though:

I can see everyone but it was moving me up with the wrong team! And then about 20-25 seconds later my team would join me on the new row.
