Trying to return smart bike, no response from support

We have been trying to return the bike since the 13th July.

We were contacted on the 16th requesting a date for the return post 21st July, and I replied within around 3 hours stating we wanted to return the bike on the 22nd July (Today), since then I have advised that the bike it securely packaged and ready for collection, chased multiple times, as well as my partner staying in hoping the collection may still go ahead but we have received no response.
