There are a lot of reports of crashes and other problems on Ryzen systems with integrated Radeon graphics lately. Search the forum and you’ll find them. If you’ve tried installing the latest Radeon driver downloaded from AMD (not from Microsoft) and turned off video screenshots in Zwift settings, you may not be able to use that laptop until they fix it.
