Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I just came across one other member experiencing the very same issue. Would you mind submitting a support ticket to us by email at email@example.com?
It’d also be helpful if you wouldn’t mind attaching copies of any log files you have to the email so we can research the issue a bit.
Once the files are submitted, try uninstalling Zwift, giving your Zwift Device a full reboot, then installing Zwift again.
