Training plan variation in Back to basics

Why is the a difference between my wife’s training plan and my training plane. We are both doing the same plan but she is required to put more effort in. For instance she is required to do repetitions at 120 watts my pan requires 3 repositions at 65 watts. A big difference in power requirement!

Realize it’s been some time, and changes happen. But these represented accurate and invaluable advice for beginner testers. Hope it’s still available in original form somewhere.
