When I click on any training plan (running or cycling), I no longer see the screen that lets me choose Beginner / Intermediate / Advanced or Custom Time.
This selection screen used to appear previously. I currently do not have any active training plan enrolled, but the app behaves as if I do.
Has anyone experienced this before, or is there a way to reset my training plan enrollment state so the difficulty/time selection screen appears again?
By “app” do you mean the Zwift Companion app’s Fitness Trends tracker? That is a feature that was introduced this past July. Would that be what you’re talking about?
I’m not talking about the companion app. Just the zwift app mainly on the running side of things in the “plans” tab
Regarding the first image:
The screen with the level selection options (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, or entering a custom race time) previously appeared as a smaller pop-up overlay on top of this screen. It showed once, but has not appeared again since. I do know that the plans and themselves are listed at “ Intermediate, Advanced, etc”
But it seemed like when that first overlay popped up that it gave me the option to change the difficulty of the level of that certain plan.
Like the “three Run 1 3 1 lite” Plan is listed at intermediate. But it seemed like I’ll be able to change that plan to beginner or even advanced if I like the structure of that plan.
I could have this all wrong. It only popped up one time and hasn’t popped up since.
I’m not familiar with the second photo I don’t use the companion app
Another note to add,
When selecting the running plan “High Mileage Half,” this new scrolling-style layout appears, which provides a different way to browse all plans. This layout only appears for this one plan and does not occur with others, making it seem like a formatting or UI glitch rather than expected behavior.
EXAMPLE: This happens when you click “High mileage half” but no other plans .
