I just took the ToW survey - was really happy to give feedback on an event I thoroughly enjoyed.
But the survey is poorly written in that many questions ask you to compare the experience with other events on Zwift, without giving you an option to say ‘don’t know’ or ‘not applicable’ if you’ve either just started out or have never participated in another Zwift event.
That’s a real shame as it means respondents like me have to make an answer up, thereby invalidating the survey. (I doubt I’ll be the only person falling into this newbie category).
It’s a really basic survey writing error you see quite often, so please Zwift, have a rethink and reissue a properly thought-through survey so you can get some meaningful results, thanks.
